ABOUT Tedd
Kochman
Mr. Kochman has spent the entirety
of his legal career as a management-side labor and employment law
practitioner. Mr. Kochman has represented companies, both large and small,
throughout the United States in connection with a wide array of
labor/employment matters. Mr. Kochman's practice focuses upon on all aspects
of traditional labor law, day-to-day employment counseling and advising
management regarding labor and employment matters, handling workplace
training activities, and overseeing employment discrimination litigation.
Mr. Kochman is an active speaker throughout the New York-New Jersey
tri-state area. Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Kochman was a legal
clerk to National Labor Relations Board Member, Charles I. Cohen, in
Washington, D.C.
